Multinational Company listed on the BSE & NSE providing Freight Forwarding, Custom Clearance, Trucking, Warehousing, Express, Courier and other related Supply Chain activities.
In order to establish its operations and team in Brazil, is looking for a go getter from the field of Logistics & Supply Chain. The position is based out of Sao Paulo.
Position: Administrative Executive
Location: Macapá / Amapá
Reporting to: Executive Director
Role: Administration & HR Coordinator in Transportation and logistics
Area of Responsibility: As per customer requirement in Brazil and [if assistance required in Uruguay (for existing customer)]
Position carries responsibilities of –
A. Administrative Responsibilities
1) Coordination with Government & semi government agencies for statutory compliance
2) Dealing with banks & maintaining relationship with them
3) Coordination with Advocates & accounting firms on regular intervals
4) Coordination with field team for all kind of operational support
5) Liaison with all authorities, agencies of local & government
6) Record keeping & maintaining of all kind of records
7) Relationship management with all concerned
8) Contribute in performance analysis, operational analysis, out of the box thinking for Customer Service Reports, etc.
9) Travel Management

B. HR Responsibilities
1) Assist in Manpower Planning
2) Coordination in Recruitment & Selection
3) Coordination with HR agencies to take care of pay rolls & compliance
4) Contribute in Market Research activities as directed from time to time.
5) Coordinating with Corporate on HR matters
