Qualifications:
- B.S. or M.S. degree in engineering or manufacturing, with MBA a strong plus.
- Good relationship with local government.
- At least 12 years of working experience in engineering machine industry.
- Experience with production/manufacturing, purchasing, engineering and quality assurance.
- Strong communication and people skills. Able to work effectively with various people within and outside the organization to achieve the business goals.
- Good command of English.
- Strong execution ability and skills with proven track of records to achieve business or project goals on time and within budget by effectively organizing and working with the available resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the full P&L functions to achieve the revenue and profit growth.
- Coordinate Operating, Manufacturing, Engineering, Information Technology, Human Resources, Lean, Accounting, Planning, Sales/Marketing, and New Product development functions to ensure operational efficiency and economy.
- Business strategies and senior management for long-term business development in Brazil
- Develop company culture that reflects the key values of company.
