• BS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Plastic Engineering.
• Competent computer skills in programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• 3+ years’ experience in Crosslinking Peroxides/Polymer Additives – mandatory.
• Experience in the use of organic peroxides and/or experience in the elastomer or thermoplastics markets.
• Previous business development or new product development experience in the chemical industry is preferred.
• Experience in having direct contact with customers at technical, plant and commercial levels.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary and international terms.
• Exception communication skills are required. Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations is a major requirement.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and a record of meeting deadlines and to do so under minimal direct supervision.
• Based in TEXAS, US
• Fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese
• 30-40 % travel in South America
• Must be able to obtain a passport for international travel, valid driver’s licenses as well as a TWIC Card.
• Company provides laptop, cell phone and American Express card for travel, Relocation Package
